头一次在ebay卖东西，就是前些日子target的D5100相机. 病人的信如下，
I just received the camera today and I am not happy! The box for the actual
camera has been opened unlike the your description! The lens has a scuff
mark on it like it was dropped and there is a finger print on the actual
lens! You said it was a new unopened item! I think this is a used item and
either I want a full refund including return shipping or I want $150 partial
refund. I am going to stress that I am not happy with this purchase
especially since it was a birthday present for my fiancé! You made me look
like a second hand scumbag. Thanks!
我有拍照，有SN, 也有target的receipt。不知道如果escalate 到Customer Support
，有多大胜算。
求过来人建议，非常感谢！

这个也未必是evil吧，target的很多相机如果不是seal的，可能小二也打开留下指纹什么

Nikon的相机一般都没有seal.里面的东西你看过吗？

很有可能，5100新的clearance到350的地步真的是很少。

既然你说应该不是，你应该是没有看过里面的东西状态
display不见得只有一个，而且也可能是return的。不是seal的你没打开看过的话，真
的很难说到底是他应该说你evil还是你应该说他evil

我看到过3-4个，只买了一个。觉得没什么利润。

大家的回复让我觉得如果我之前有打开盒子检查的话，就可以确定到底buyer是不是
evil. 问题是，即使我打开盒子检查过，如果buyer是evil的话，他还是可以想怎么说
就怎么说。我当然不能排除是退货的可能性，不过buyer又写信过来说少了一堆东西，
"This item came in today in an open box. It was missing parts for example
the lens cover, usb cable and battery cover! You stated it was a new item
and in an unopened box! I want a $150 partial refund due to the fact that
this do not sell for $485 used! On top of that you made me look terrible
since it was a birthday present. "
即使是退货或者displayed，也不应该少这么多东西，他又把他financee搬出来，我觉
得evil的可能性太大了。如果真是给他financee的生日礼物，这个肯定不行了，还不退
了了事，为什么要我refund150块？
难道nikon相机， seller就拿evil buyer没办法了吗？

Agree with others. For Target clearance items, if not sealed, you have to
open the box and check it. Over 50% of chance, the item has been opended
with fingerprints. You can ask 5-10% off if with fingerprints at Target.

不太可能差这么多东西，而且应该早说，更不应该要refund。分明是不想退，所以说东
西掉了。退回来，基本也没法用了，让你别无选择。感觉你退回$150,事儿就了了。如
果，利润打平或亏不多少的话，不如退钱算了。
英语，看着也怪怪的，没准儿，就是想黑一下

很难说，好多店的相机都是没有seal的。
在radio shack 买到一个L810， pickup的时候小二特意说brand new including
everything. 感觉怪怪的，出门拿出来看，发现盒子本身没有seal，于是打开检查，
所有部件都在，只是镜头和LCD有很多指纹，里面还有3张RS店及小二的照片。
想想擦擦就好，自用也蛮便宜的，算了。

我认为是evil, lz处女是保不住了。 Return吧，当然只能收到残尸。
在线生意要长期才有赚，偶尔一两件，you have to take your risk
