买到了fake bestbuy gift card
这种gift card分两个部分
activation bar 和 gift card bar，真卡是一体的
fake card被做了手脚，有人把一张activation bar 和另一张gift card bar拼起来
结果买完以后activation bar对应的是人家手中gift card
自己手中的physical card反而没法用
准备去argue了，不行就只能charge back了

I really hope so!
My wife does not want to be a landlord.
Plan to sell our condo next year. Purchased two years ago, hope not to take
loss.

How can not take loss for 2 years ownership?
5% commission, transfer tax, closing cost is another 1-2%.
If you can take 10% loss out, you should be lucky for just holding two years
. Most people break even for about 10 years to get out.
The interest and property tax can be considered to be close to your rent.
