挣钱是毫无悬念的(当然,认为中国房地产公司不睁钱的除外)。
唯一的风险是management私吞公司财产, 这是有可能的。

Management basically buy around 1 million share back each quarter(1.2% each
quarter, 72 million total shares, around 5% annualized), dividend yield is
around 4.5%, so in total, management returns around 10% back to shareholder
a year.
Of course, Chinese stocks are very risky. Health discussion is still
warranted. After all, over 20 chinese US listed companies went to private

last year. Not every Chinese company is a fraud.
