Item: Canon PIXMA PRO-100 Color Professional Inkjet Photo Printer
Reason: Proof of purchased
Details: Customer already received the item but the proof of purchased on
the photo printer was missing and customer need that one for the rebate.
Customer wants to return the item so you can send him a new one with the
proof of purchased attached. Please research the issue and send customer an
update.

Hello,
Thank you for replying to my inquiry. Your business had listed the printer
sold to me through Amazon as a NEW printer, which means that the product
will contain all the contents as advertised, INCLUDING the Proof of purchase
(irregardless of whether i wish to claim the rebate or not). Instead, the
printer you had sent me did not have the UPC / proof of purchase code, which
was deliberately removed. That fact automatically voids the status of the
printer as a new one, and it is considered to be a used printer and should
have been advertised as such.
However, since your business had deliberately listed and sold a USED printer
as a NEW one (see attached screenshot), the fault lies entirely with your
business for misleading the customer. Hence, I should not be charged a
restocking / shipping fee for returning a defective product.
Thus, I respectfully request you to process my return and provide me a
shipping label without any shipping or restocking fees.
