俺刚刚close了一个房子，07年底建成325k，今年年初到130k，俺没有买在最低，哭死
了。现在俺们这，从2012年初到年底，房子没有低于30%涨幅的。。

160k,比最低点至少多了30k，不过房子不错，是traditional sale，自己一周住两三天
，不舍得租了。。
