Here is my thought.
AAPL will have no question up to 650 or 660, that's a sure thing. Consider
so many stupid ifans( including me), AAPL is a good long.
APA is a fantastic pick considering strong growth and healthy FA. However,
oil and gas price is unpredictable.You know the energy price will be up but
you don't know when.
I will recommend AAPL 70% to do a short term swing trade
but put APA 30% as a long term grow pick.

is a buy, the question is when.
APA is a stranger to me, but the chart looks OK.
I plan to buy both slowly.

Think in this way.
Energy company is making money by how much energy it produced and how much
it sells.
At least, production grows well. If oil/gas price is low, then ok, if price
is high, then wonderful
You don't need to think about other thing, for AIG, too complicated to
analyze.

Agree. The chart is in a down trend. The price might be traded around 550
before ER. If it misses street's expectation, it will then crash to 400
level.
