The Fed wants it and Wall Street MMs enforces it:
What is it???
The Goal is to create two BUBBLES: STOCK MARKET and HOUSING
By doing this, they want to force the recovery of economy and employment.
ANYBODY, who do thing reasonable in the stock market and short the market
with force and all the power they have, will be completely wiped-out.
I can see these two BUBBLES will burst sometime, but it will not happen very
soon:-)
That's why never short the strong stock and index till crash. Never try to
short them to death before they crash, because the Fed and MMs will make you
crash first!!!
However, when these two bubble bursts, it will be extremely painful for the
investors who bought at the top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is the indicator of market crash???
A very simple one is for example:
GOOG is down over $60-100 in a single day without any reason.
The DOW down 500-1000 points in a single day.

right on. don't think these two are bubbles though. I think the real bubble
would be money.
one more to add - all market leaders are dropping 20%+ while the index are
still hanging up not dropping much.
and a lot more to add ...
Now, too early to go short the bubble.

There are two bubbles that the US government created (Dollar and bond).
However, these two bubble will not break untill USA become weaker and weaker
. Now US government is determined to let other countries, such as Japan,
South Korea to pay for it:-)
The Stock market will fall hard if the Fed stop pushing it.
The Housing bubble burst will be a bloodshed for the foreign money rushed
into buying houses at whatever the cost as of today.
The Americans basically cannot afford the house right now. If inflation in
the USA rises to 5% on a yearly basis, the housing bubble will burst very
fast!!! That's why the USA government and Fed are pushing very hard to
suppress the energy and related sectors.

Very simple. Americans will lose more of their homes if the inflation goes
up:-)
