If approved, Dow will increase sharply with financial section. If denied,
Dow will drop.

For 4 big banks, JPM and WFC already have good dividend currently. C only
asks for buying-back allowance and I think that it will be allowed. The only
unidentified is BAC. The profitabilty of BAC in 2012 is not better than
2011. Its score is not very high too. So I will say maybe yes maybe not for
BAC.

Maybe you are correct. The dividend for BAC can be increased from 1 cent to
5 cent quarterly. If you are sure, you can buy it and will win a lot. The
DOW will continue to climb higher.
