二房要真正回政府的钱，一定要稀释现在的股东， 比如，多少钱抵多少股票，然后，
像AIG这样买掉。

不大懂。但是so far几乎所有贷款（除了jumbo等等）都卖给两房，所以说两房完全消
失总觉得不大可能。成千上万的loan在两房和银行之间卖来卖去呢
