So i have a brilliant suggestion
you give me a refund and you already have proof that the item came damaged
in the photos . there could be many reasons the item was damaged due too
rough handling during shipping or improper storage conditions or picking up
a defected lot with no QC
i cannot send this to you for replacement at this moment as i said earlier i
am out of town plus i will have to shell out for the shipping charges
so i suggest i get a refund for the product less shipping
32$ will not make you poorer
and resolve this matter

现在bidu最需要抄google的是gmail为基础的统一帐号系统，google用一个gmail
account几乎可以访问所有的产品。bidu至今没有打通自家产品的帐号认证系统，贴吧
，百科，知道，文库都不一样。
其他比如google glass, 无人车真不需要抄，也抄不来。反而是bidu独有的hao123, 百
科，知道，贴吧，已经为它构筑了足够强大的中文护城河。
