明明1面已经说了很多客套话，介绍了彼此的工作内容，2面又讲了无数。
原定1小时的面试，20分钟都被他讲去了。
进入正题，问了2个问题，2个重要点，各问了1个。
然后找了个我工作的时候的问题问了一下，
说，我没什么问题了。问我有什么问题，
我说你不用问XXX吗，他说他没问题了。
哎。
说心里话，真心挺难受的，就这样被放倒了。
45分钟都不到，我吃了个饭，回公司了。
晚上弄个6麦。真不是滋味。

I only get 3 questions for that phone interview, it is really unusual.
I failed this one for sure.kind of sad though.

我觉得我答错了。。。而且，问题太少了，如果对你有兴趣，会一直问，会超时也问的。
这种面就像是走形式。
一般2中情况，1中是很熟，走个形式直接给onsite，一种是要放倒你，走一把形势。
现在这个老印我又不认识，不是放倒我吗？

you never know. I remember one time I interviewed a position. They asked me
about 3 questions? nothing serious, something like did you do this before?
blah blah... most of the time they told me what they did...
when the phone interview was over, I am like there is no way I could get
that position. it only lasted 30 minutes on a supposed 45 min phone
interview.
Then,
They sent me the offer directly without Onsite! LOL

这个只有大牛才行吧？
说心里话，这个公司不是我日思夜想的，但是还是比我现在的好太多，能学到东西，
pay也不在话下。
最难受的是就这么fail掉了，心里很不是滋味，准备了很多，都没问。

小小人，你自己在技术上花的时间不够，自然不要怪人家。
不过考虑到你是被老印fail的，也不好多说啥。

my boss interviewed somene i refered.
he only asked one question in the interview and it ends in 10 mins.
if they dont like ur answer for the first few question, they wont ask more.
in interviews, it's more about figuing out what answer they want and say
what they want to listen. you just need to go to enough of these interviews
and hopefully you will learn to speak the answers. getting interviews are
the most difficult part, and you are already getting them.

1 hour scheduled interview, he spent 20 minutes on introduction and 20 min
on questions, there was only 3 questions.And this is the second interview,
not the first one HR did say hello.
I knew I was bad, but the way he was doing is very clear.
I was sad because I spent a lot of time to review my knowledge,I am not sad
because it is fine.
