好歹也是 S&P 四颗星的，股价这么萎靡。
We view the ADSs as undervalued vs. our $17 target price. We cut our '13
earnings per ADS estimate $0.05 to $0.81, due only to currency changes. '12
results were in line and EBITDA margin expanded, a key trend reversal.
Positive margin trajectory, coupled with capex likely having peaked in '12,
should drive growth in earnings per ADS and free cash flow and regain
investor confidence in its turnaround story. Regulatory and competitive
risks remain, but we think the valuation is attractive below book value and
at low end of 3-year historical P/E. (Corrects '13 estimate change.)
