从Bestbuy搞了一个ipad mini 2 verizon 型号A1490，想带回国去用。
国内的朋友说这个不能插卡，回国用不了。
网上又查说可以用。
请问到底能不能用，有没有人买了回国用过？

why not. if the price is considered too low, buy back always make sense.

i am thinking about the same thing.
as a tech company, huge buyback can only mean one thing. don't know how to
utilize cash. so start burning it.
no new product. big problem.
maybe it does become HP or RIM without Steve.

HP is actually better. Printer business is more stable than cell phone.
