Laptop is not new, but a return! Dell offers a warranty of 1 year as
specified on the box. I've had Dell products before and the warranty kicks
in when you register the product for the first time. The included software
shows that warranty expires on 11/28/2015. The laptop was delivered on March
, 6th 2015. There was no plastic protection over the laptop. Bad experience!
