You will lose as I did. My listing was blocked.
The buyer did not register the warranty when he started to use it, and about
one year later he broke it. He called Epson, and Epson told him the
warranty expired. Epson can only make an estimation when the warranty
started because the buyer did not register the warranty and Epson has no
idea which printer has actually been sold by staples because staples never
scanned the SN. The buyer came to me to ask for extension of the warranty. I
said no, because it was his fault not to register the warranty.
The buyer did not file A-Z, no negative feedback either. But I still got a
letter from seller performance team asking me to explain the issue. My list
was then blocked no matter how you feel unreasonable.

在俺这里，只有50%，鲜少有15%这样的东西。
碰到病人的无理的退货，俺一般都是扣50%再加来回邮费。
这一次，俺跟病人说：退50%给你，另外，电脑留给你，兴许还能当打字机用用。病人
感动的快哭了。他这一高兴的病也么有了。过二天给俺来个正评也说不定哦。
