, negative NI each year in the last 6-7 years, valuation based on free cash
flow is around 10-11* free cash flow. (not cheap, not so expensive for tech
company neither)
Total shares around 20MM, float 15MM
One value fund (Okumus Opportunistic Value Fund) sold a bunch of May $12.5
OTM put at that time to collect safe (if not free) money. Inside trading
side, CEO just bought some shares which might give Okumus extra confidence.
Total put selling was around 1.2MM shares, shares waterfall after earning,
Okumus’put was exercised. CEO & CPA then initiated poison pill to prevent
activist.
Question: Based on Okumus’ history, is he an activist? He was picked off by
