Covered call的underlying stock可以随时卖吗？如果可以，covered call就变成裸

还没做过，不过不知道可不可以再买个同样的call来抵消。

根据你的账户来决定。
有的账户不让你naked call。
有的可以

是不是账户的Options Level必须高到足够做Naked call？

卖stock然后马上把option买回不就行了。能卖stock就肯定不会margine call。
其实应该反过来，先limit买回option，再market sell stock。

对的.我是lvl4 什么都可以做经常一不小心卖多了naked call/put 就margin call 了
。

couple ways.
1. buy further OTM CALLs. say you have 200 TSLA and sold 2 155c for the ER,
now it reach $155 and you think short term wise it won't move up much and
you want the money for XONE, You can buy 2 160c or 2 165c and sell off stock.
2. buy small amount ITM call, as the example above, you can buy 1 150c to
hedge against the shorted 2 155c. effective a shorted ratio spread betting
TSLA won't have another breakout.
