The first isn't so much an "issue" as an observation: In case anyone out
there has ever been tempted to believe that the stock trading game is "a
level playing field," this incident should be a cold bucket of water in the
face. You and I cannot buy some Apple stock and then call Apple and demand
to talk to Tim Cook. We also can't buy the stock knowing that we will likely
be able to put ourselves firmly in the black merely by tweeting that we
have bought the stock and saying that we have just had an encouraging
private conversation with the company's CEO.
