FCEL股板上已经有很多帖子了。
它和同行来比，具体数值并没有很突出的地方。以中线买入的角度来说，唯一可能的看
点在于可能会增长的revenue。新闻报道说上月它和NRG合作销售，不知道是否会有所帮
助。
按照它自己的说法，越来越多的企业能够推广使用它的清洁能源技术，会带来更多的客
户。
风险。此股的short interest从7月份飙升以来一直处于高位。因此有发布消息跳水的
可能。反过来说也有short squeeze的看点。
一共进过两次，a*[email protected]，中线看好2块。策略为小仓慢捂，如遇跳水，快速抛盘。如
遇暴涨，择机减仓。

找到了为何在七月初以来，这个股票被大量做空的原因。
同时也解释了为何它在1块5毛5被触电一样的打下。

Offering

Under the terms of the notes, the Company will pay interest semi-annually in
arrears and the notes will mature on June 15, 2018, unless converted as
described below. The notes are convertible into shares of FuelCell Energy
common stock at a conversion rate of 645.1613 shares of common stock per $1,
000 principal amount of convertible notes, equivalent to a conversion price
of approximately $1.55 per share of common stock.

The net proceeds of the offering to the Company were approximately $36
million, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated
offering expenses.

我猜本意是说在2018年之前随时可换成股票，当然握着不换就是unsecured bond，每年
收息。所以可以说是，随时增发？这种事情其他股票也有，所以对于长远的具体影响，
确实难说。FCEL现在总流通值在280万，36万全换了也不算太糟糕，，？，，？另外另
一条sec的新闻我没贴，说是这一次的shelf registration一共总值150万，里面内容很
多，牵涉到什么preferred shares等等。太长了没去看。所以不太清楚，这次是不是只
发了一部分，以后还会不会有更多的。
我买FCEL的初衷是中线，总体来说不太适合，就当捞了一小票走人。
