why SPRD is still being actively traded with non-zero shares yet the price
doesn't move at all? I know it was acquired by tsinghua ziguang. But it is
still going to be traded under SPRD on nasdaq and should react to news and
earning right??

现在就是布朗运动。要等紫光把钱凑齐了才能退市吧。

if they delist, what would be the final price in this case? pre-negotiated
30.50 per share? or it is still not determined yet?
