Insider buy is a much more reliable indicator for Long, even though timing
frame maybe longer then most short term trader. Insider sell can be from all
kind of reasons. Only thing it would worry me is multiple insider sell at a
range high area, that tells the run is about to end.
RKUS is making the bottom. A higher low is just formed, and a higher high
is to come.

现在的阻力线非常明显, 如果要涨上去一定要过13.6, 不会miss掉鱼身.
