The reason is that C is also very undervalued, traded below book value.
Market rate going up will help banks a lot because the interest spread is
bigger which means margin is bigger.

Today, JPM also break up 52 weeks high.
Hopefully, tomorrow C will do the same.

I do not think C is good, though.

Actually, C is more undervalued than BAC.
It is doing well in the afternoon sesssion.
If big market is doing well next week, it will break 52 weeks
high. It's still cheap because PE and FPE is only around 10-12.
