说的对，只是个典型的FA 不怎么地，TA垃圾的股票。唯一的好处是价值。当然在14块
时可以说就有价值，但人们亏到现在，所以还是有可能再往下的。现在的区别是FA从坏
到不怎么样，已经有变化了。现在不亏钱了，红利降了付得起了。只要油价不降，反转
可能性还是有的。向下空间有限了，向上有一倍。可以赌了。

你大概不知道它过去几年为什么不好。 为什么现在 FA 在慢慢变好。
The biggest FA improvement is NG price is more than doubled, and NG
inventory is at historical low due to record level cold weather. More
important the NG inventory will not be re-filled quickly because the low NG
price in the last 2-3 years caused many production lines offline.
The 2nd is the new management team knows the high cost issue(it was running
like Amazon style, only want to have growth, ignore the cost).
Now new management team wants to have tight control on the cost. All capital
spending will be based on ROI.
