I would like to open an account for stock trading, I am tired of investment
account which has to file for tax every year(regardless of loss or gain),
but I don't know which one is better, traditional IRA or Roth IRA? Is it
all the IRA account allow people to pick their own stocks?

如果可能的话选ROTH IRA，不行就TRAD，然后CONVERT
IRA你可以选择自己的股票，也可以做OPTIONS

I have an old roth IRA account, but they only has 4 difference categories
for allocate money. It didn't let me pick my own stock.
Is it now all the roth IRA allow people to trade by themselves?

If your fed marginal tax bracket is still around 15%, it is better for you
to use Roth IRA. I sincerely regret that I did not do it at beginning of my
career :(.

I am single, so I have never seem that 15% tax in my life, they are always
more than than.......The only time I see people who has 15% tax only is when
they have children....

Correct, unless your retirement tax bracket is expected to be higher than 33
%. I don't expect it to happen to me anyway.
