ok, so he didn't say if it's gonna be debt or equity. be good if it's debt
financing as the rates are still low now. they don't have much cash flow but
I'm sure there's quite a bit of assets they can throw behind the borrowing.

wonder if Musk thinks the stock is overpriced. if he does, he might go with
equity financing which is not good. but I doubt he'd do that -- he is famous
for holding ownership in his companies very closely.

not sure about apple. but I think SCTY will have a piece of the pie in the
giga factory.

if the deal is structured as Apple taking a 5% or so strategic position in
TSLA and the two company form a partnership on battery production and
management, that could add another $5B on TSLA's valuation right away

Good thinking. I was also thinking the giga factory will be covered head to
toe with SCTY panels lol
