Can anyone help for the real meaning of following statement? Please use
plain word and what will happen next? I have holding in this stock and need
suggestion for the move.
"In light of current market and regulatory conditions, our Board has
authorized management to retain an investment banking firm to help the
company explore strategic alternatives and enhance shareholder value."

你这个问题没人能解答，因为你要说出是什么公司
如果是bac, 那么有可能是要和c合并。至少绝对不会是破产前的放炮
如果是aci, 那么有可能是破产前的放炮，或者低价增发。至少绝对不会是被高价收购。
如果是jcp, 那么有可能是低价增发。至少绝对不会是寻求注资。

It is COCO. Gap down 10% today to $1.05.
The current book value is $6 with estimated earning $0.12 for 2014. But, the
online educaiton company future is not looking good.
My personal feeling - hold for dead cat bounce, then cut the -25% losses.
