这是所有超市的特点或者是赚钱的技巧，一部分东西比别处贵，一部分东西比别处便宜
，大家为了省去麻烦，贵那么一点也会在同一个地方买齐所有的东西。
我去whole food是因为那里有我喜欢喝的酸奶，别处没有看到。然后顺便就买点蔬菜和
肉什么的。确实贵一些，但我觉得应该还不至于精打细算到这个地步。。。每个人的生
活方式问题。

Whole Food in my area is near empty because
near by there are Trade Joe and Food for Max.
Both are very busy because their price is much
cheaper than Whole Food.
Costco also started organic food section,
their price is more competitive. Costco
is busy all time, cannot even find parting
spot in the weekend.

我周末直接开车去附近的农场买，当季水果自己摘。顺便带孩子接近大自然。让他们知

我曾经一年只去WF买家里吃的东西，那里一些收银的都认识我了，经常给我点sample啥
的。：）但真没觉得有多大的好处，又的确不便宜，后来就懒得去了。
现在觉得食物种类丰富，再加上经常锻炼更能保持身体健康。
