利息稳定，就不是问题。目前有充足的Euro dollar 流进美国市场买bonds。

如果在Google Finance里面比较NRZ和它的竞争对手，把Price to book ratio那一栏加
上，对比一下，你就会发现所有的公司的比值都在1左右。我浅薄的理解就是这个行业
的股票价格本来也应该再book value附近。NRZ其实比值是最高的，1.26 ，也就是说它
显得略微“高估”了，如果跟它的同行比的话。
这都是我的猜测，因为我从来没有研究过REITs，都是凭字面去理解的。
另外，NRZ CEO几个月前买了1M股份，6.10，可见对自己的公司很有信心。
