For your reference, Icahn has 4,746K [email protected] 24.XX－－－it is not a large
position for him but he did not dump it yet (the latest information I could
got).
I am thinking to long this after Icahn, but do not make my mind yet

以前老牛不是有个左右脚的理论么？现在左脚和右脚都有了。只要不跌破左脚都拿着好

This is the spin off from CHK, where Icahn has a position.
However, the spin off mostly benefits CHK as it got rid of debt and
obligations. I would say on the other side, SSE is not so great a investment
due to its debt. More importantly the business mostly is from CHK. Given
the current environment, the oil service is not going to do well.
That was the thesis when it was 24 dollars. It is much safer now at 11. But
I would say if you like oil service, BHI is a better bet as of today.
