炒股 --My income/gain return rate from investment was only 5% last year(
about 75% of my investments is in residential real estate ) . I would like
to increase my
investment income return rate to 7~ 8 % first step, then to 12%.
I should reach financial freedom in 3~ 5 years if I can reach my [investment

I think the housing price up side is limited in the state(Arizona) I
invested.I focus on stock this year.I am an experience stock investor/trader
. My first stock trading was at 1999. I think the stock market is close to
top. My main strategy is selling puts and covered calls, That is high risk -
- could potential suffer big lose (for a small gain)

I sold small amount of bear ETF (e.g tza) puts.
Although I think the market is topping, bull market could last longer than I
expected , I am selling puts and covered calls to make money on time
premium.

这个是lower tza buying price的strategy。不过tza 现在才11块，option的油水不大。
