What's the big Fuss about? The $24M equity facility was disclosed a month
ago
They halted the stock in Australia and the NASDAQ followed suit. According
the halt request: "The directors expect to make a significant announcement
regarding capital raising activity" yeah - they are going to approve the
resolution put forth.
Maybe they raised some funds using this equity facility as they stated they
would. Nothing has changed. They still are ramping up sales in the US for
the tests and are opening the centers to perform the testing. Sales in the
US will ramp up in 2015. This company is growing and has a product in the
market. The stock price was severely oversold. We will see if they raised
any and at what price. The long term story is intact and 2015 will be a
pivotal year for this company for revenues
