Cunzhang Upgraded to Outperform

We have recently upgraded stock forum giant Cunzhang Co. Ltd. (Wvlt) ADRs to
Outperform from Neutral, reflecting Cunzhang's recent accurate prediction
to the turnaround of U.S. stock market and waterfall in the gold/silver
prices. Being one of the most famous stock forum DaNiu, Cunzhang has well-
instructed Qingwa to capture these favorable trends.
We also like Cunzhang's recent agreement with GOOG2005 Corp. (GOOG) – Stock
forum’s second largest water-posts producer – to buy half of his share of
Weibi (approximately one thousands) for U.S.$10. We see this transaction as
part of Cunzhang’s long-term strategic plan to invest one of the mitbbs's
largest untapped gambling program (MeiRi Bocai Dapan) and supplement to his
everyday gambling with other IDs.
Despite some pervious concerns that Cunzhang had the bad reputation
including
"Zhijiao" and "Fanzhi", the Changes in Cunzhang’s recent behavior are
significant, and his long-term outlook now looks compelling.
As such, we believe Cunzhang is well positioned going forward and view him
as an attractive investment. Our long-term Outperform recommendation is
supported by GooG2005's #1 Rank (short-term Strong Buy rating).
