WLL要卖35M股，外加发行1B的债卷。很有点吓人。
Shale oil要油价60到70之间才有的赚。如果是WLL，70估计打不住。另外，EIA的估计
是今年油价53左右。现在第一季度已经过去了，第一季度的油价都不到50。
对WLL不乐观。

Whiting will offer 35 million shares of stock to investors for $30 per share
with an overallotment option of another 5.25 million shares. It is also
