你如果用 settled cash买， 任何时候卖都可以。
如果cash unsettled， 在 cash settle 之前，你卖了就违规。

For non-margin accounts, I think you can still buy, but you can not sell
again before the previous sale settles.
In addition, you can not buy, sell, then buy within the same day using the
same fund if you don't have other sufficient settled fund to cover the
second purchase.

就是用了 Unsettled的钱，自己也搞不清用什么时候卖的钱买的，最近进进出出比较多
，所以想知道是不是买了以后的第三个工作日卖肯定没问题。就是周1买周4卖，可不想
被 lock 90天。

这个是可以的吧？如果第一笔用的 settled money，就是不能再把第三笔交易卖出去了
，得等3天，或者打钱进来。
