美国是有日元储备还是有欧元储备搞笑
而且储备能储备多少怎么储备中国m2 130t储备几百b 和没储备有区别

The key difference is actually government. Chinese government can put any
bit into computer (X Trillion out of blue) and call it money, it is only
available China, it is what made the investment mania today. That's why it
is difficult to be reserve currency.
Chinese economy is investment economy. 2015 YOY construction spending is
another 30% increase, now the problem is only capable buyer is Chinese
government and a few elites. It is another way of culture revolution in
economical terms, with a simple belief of human can beat nature's law.
Somewhere down the line there will be another XX trillion out of blue, just
pushing the shitizen's saving into toilet to make sure they start buying (
well at least CPI is high, not high enough). I think the circle is nearing
the end. shitizen can't afford, the crash in asset value came in too late.
Currently, the few elites has only appetite for stocks, i think the party is
not over.
No matter how, holding RMB is a tough position as it can't cross boarder
except a few elites.

不看新闻？置换地方债只是refiance 降低利率而已不是qe。当然央行可以直接购买

difference.
Chinese central bank can issue note by order of government buying thin air.
All other banks
except totalitarian, issues money by accepting a promise of payback (Gold,

No, whatever government request for printing, they need to deposit as bond
to central bank, and which has a set date for paying back. Therefore, there
is no at-will-dilution. The bond is not the full amount of money, $100 bond
of next year will give government $99 to spend, but need to see a contract (
bond) to give it back -- that's why it is government guaranteed value.
In China, it is at will, no need to pay back. Government ask for central
bank 100, it gets 100. There is no need for central government give a dime
to central bank to balance it. Shitizen's money can be diluted whatever way
they want, and the dilution is siphon through special class of people as
investment. This 100RMB basically goes some class of people which enjoys all
the privileges.
That is the difference. Most government really don't own money other than
through tax, while Chinese government has infinite amount of money through
sucking it up from shitizens' pocket through dilution. CCP did it a couple
of times, even the new-years party joked about it in the 80s. It happened
through out the CCP history, and it will happen again and again.
Theoretically, there is nothing really stopping Xi daughter's to start a
bank, with central bank giving her 1 trillion-trillion RMB money as loan
reserve. Then whole China will be hers, and shitizens can really declare
themselves as people of central kingdom.
At end of day, you see federal reserve system is just a protocol of how to
translate value to value (even QE is buying back the government bond). USD
is basically a reflection of this protocol. You can certainly put trust on a
fiat as RMB, and it also served good as it forced people into investment
mania, which worked really well in the last 30 years.
