就是说这样，你现在买了片地盖了房子，然后10年没管没claim
后面来了一个人看到废弃了的房子把你的地register了，就是他的了。。

再者分析一下土质，改造一下作农场卖掉，etc

可能要发个notification两年没人理就是你的了。
