QIHU就私有化发消息了.意思是什么都不一定.把他们说的话当作屁就可以了.

私有化本来就是这样啊，it is not a sure thing. 老周完全可以拒绝自己提出的私有
化offer。要都是一定的事情，股票直接就到私有化价格了。

奇虎即使私有化，也起码要等半年，时间成本就值5~10%. 而且这么大的资金，资金运
作如果有财团退出，这个风险又差不多5%. 然后A股跌这么惨，投资者对奇虎还需要私
有化就越来越怀疑, 就会有人抛售。我意思是，奇虎股价跌这么多，不是管理层玩黑，
而是正常的市场行为和反应。

就因为他是大股东 他想怎么喊就怎么喊 想什么时候用什么价格收购就什么时候用什么
价格收购。等他在70以上忽悠小散进场以后，就可以在50的的时候免费收回小散的股票
了。

我也不是说管理层故意玩儿黑，但是他们有话语权，可以根据情况改变策略，而且还有
很多我们不知道的情况。所以最后结果跟故意玩儿黑也差不多。
你能听到的消息都是他们想让你听到的消息。

A股涨的时候，中概涨的少，A股跌的时候，中概跌的多
中概的泡沫不仅神创低，比美国类似的公司也低。中概现在是里外不受待见，中概CEO
真想明白的话，无论A股怎样，还是得回去。
