怀孕5个多月了，之前因为吐的厉害，一直在吃prenatal gummy multivitamins。每次
只要吃nature made的prenatal muliti+DHA,就吐的更严重。今天早上又试吃了一次，
居然还吐。所以请大家推荐一下别的牌子比较好的prenatal multivitamins,谢谢！

One A Day Prenatal Vitamins With DHA

I took prescribed taron DHA during first trimester. The capsules are small
and were easy on my stomach.
After first trimester, I switched to One a day with DHA, they are not too
much bigger than taron and I do not have problem with them either (they are
about 10 bucks cheaper per month and no need to pick up at pharmacy, saving
a lot of trouble).
Taron DHA contained more iron than One a day (about 50% more), I had mild
constipation when taking Taron (relieved by prune juice, yikes)and no
constipation taking one a day. I'm not sure extra iron should take all the
blame.
Taron also contained more Calcium so I'm just drinking more milk now. I'm
27w and haven't had any problems related to Calcium level.

我吃的PRENATAL ONE，说是FOOD BASED的，确实吃下去没有反胃的感觉，还不错。以前
我吃NATURE MADE或是NATURE BOUNDY都觉得胃里不舒服，恶心
