Fact: Energy Information Administration reported commercial crude
inventories rose by about 4 million barrels in the week ended Jan. 15.
Estimate: Analysts expected crude stocks to rise by 2.8 million barrels,
according to a poll of eight analysts. but data from the American Petroleum
Institute, a U.S. industry group, showed crude inventories rose by 4.6
million barrels on Wednesday.

看不出这是rally的理由。我猜是short squeeze。不然也不会所有的油公司和油服公司
股票都齐刷刷的彪涨。等这一波过去了就该reverse了
