Recall people said increasing rate is temporarily bad for stock market, but
in long run it is good for overall economy. What is the reason Fed does not
do it?

FED should have evaluated all the potential before they made the first move.
If not go ahead with the following 2nd or 3rd move, how can they assess
their strategy?
