关键是shale现在就像一辉那样，干死了，会复活，复活了更强大。如果这些公司破产
重组，去掉债务和当初不理智签的高价输油条约和拿地成本，肯定产油成本更低(当然
不会低到沙特那样)。也就是沙特要把油价压到35左右才能保证页岩油不大规模卷土重
来。但是我看卖两桶35的油和一桶100$的油，我还是觉得卖1桶划算。所以感觉沙特这
招败了。

我觉得很多人有误解，沙特只是在拖时间，页岩油即使复活，产量也是有上限的，4M，
5M，并不是无限制增加的，等过几年，如果世界需求每年增加1M，很快现在的项目就满
足不了世界时候的需求了，这样油价自然会上去。但是油价上去之后，别的国家和地区
再上马新的高价项目，就不会那么疯狂了，因为一旦过剩油价又会暴跌，所以长期目标
是把油价稳定在一个合理的范围，不高也不低，区间也许是60-70。
5M，并不是无限制增加的，等过几年，如果世界需求每年增加1M，很快现在的项目就满
足不了世界时候的需求了，这样油价自然会上去。但是油价上去之后，别的国家和地区
再上马新的高价项目，就不会那么疯狂了，因为一旦过剩油价又会暴跌，所以长期目标
