没上过会计课吗里面good will patent什么的都是卖不了钱的。

Their business model is to build solar and wind farms and sell to yieldcos
that raises money from investors. The yieldco capital mkt pretty much shut
down since last year, then SUNE got stuck with unsold / incomplete projects
which it already borrowed billions to build. Essentially it is just like a
home yielded got caught up with inventories ...
