Hard to say. It is mainly Alaska drop, not sure what was the cause. Didn't
see withdrawal as expected for driving season. Iran and Saudi are
increasing production, which offset us shale drop. Is Alaska one time event?
can Iran and Saudi sustain the output for long? Both bull and bear have a
theory to play out.
