One ETF expense Ratio is 0.07%. 这是什么意思？假设我有100元是不是每年的损失
费用是7分钱？是按年算的？
第二个问题假设这个etf 大概每个月 ex date 都在每月20号到25号之间。那么我如
果每月买一次最佳买入时间是在什么时候？

Yes, expense ratio is annual ratio. Ex date is just cash distribution, does
not really change your return.

Maybe after ex date is a little better, you avoid reinvestment risk for the
month.

A little better to buy after ex date in taxable account as dividend tax rate
is normally higher.

如果是roth 账号不需要交税那还有关系吗？etf 是commision free 的index fund。
计划平均多次购买从现在开始直到退休只买不卖。 dividend reinvest is also
free provided by broker. 但是即便这样据说月初月末买也有差别主要是听说市场
会被全国401k 普遍月末进场时间影响。所以最好赶在月末之前？ ex date 对index
fund 价格影响可以不考虑？
