when you placed an order to sell, on market, it is an ask price showed up.
This price can guarantee someone can buy this securities.
When a home owner posted sale online, the price showed up as ask price, it
means dumb rich guy can have this home for sure.
Home buyers will negotiate a lower price to get benefits of himself, so this
price is bid price, this price can guarantee seller to sold it, but cannot
guarantee a buyer can get it.
扇形房叔说的就是ask price，买家出的是bid price，中间隔了一个马里亚纳海沟……
