我觉得是航空界的良心。
至少换得到里程票。
AA,DL才真烂。
我买航空就买UA，买旅馆就买H。
这种都是杂音，不用上升到航空公司的高度。
不过UA的座位比较挤。

其实都一样烂，其他航空公司照样会发生这种拖乘客下飞机的事情。
关键是高度垄断了

一般航空公司都有overbook，这样他们指望客户cancel，change，not show来赚钱。
有策略，比如一开始放一个什么价格填30%座位，再用一个价格，填30%，然后临近起飞
，突然飙价格，或者降价。
总之是一个策略来实现航空售票利益最大化
