刚看了第一段，第二句话，就没理解，难道AMD的卡已经超过NVDA一代了？这个first
到底什么意思

就是有了with，也不可以理解呀。你可以说自己fastest，但是不能说自己是first。
fastest是最快，first是最早。尤其是这个最快又加了个1的condition。

原句中文的意思是：
Radeon Vega xx是世界上第一个设计的能让下一代xx专业人士所依赖的graphics card
，主要因为它具有比竞争对手最高快出172％的工作效率。
理解了没有？
如果还没理解，换个夸张一点的比喻：这一代人能容忍现有GPU的低速，下一代人却不
能容忍，但是下一代人能容忍Radeon Vega 的高速度。或者想想在新老计算机上运行下
一代应用软件的不同。
