I'm a pilot, As non-native speaker, I can feel, Evidently, this ATC guy was
not following the ICAO standard language.
Certainly, this Chinese pilot didn't have very good English, but every pilot
had the obligatory professional class. All of us learned all the normal
words for flying.
In Japan, HongKong, all the sentences are constant and standard, not using
spoken language. THIS IS INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT, not local flight company, ATC
workers, all of you don't know this regular?
