这个有利有弊。刚才google 了一下，债转股 will dilute shares, but you saved
some cash. repay the debt is the opposite of course.
tesla has about 13B debt, that is a lot. but honestly even they do need to
raise capital in some point, I do not see it is a big deal as long as the
car demand is there, you might have short term pressure to the stock market
. if the car demand is gone, of course the company is doomed no matter you
have debt or not.
even you count all the debt in, it is about 20% of the market cap.
so I am optimistic either way.

不做债转股离清零就是"single-digit weeks"，要不空头这么不要命。
不是车不好，而是有fund有足够的钱往死里搞。

理论上只要3月到期那天超过360就行，为什么现在就开始死抗360？
