Iyou are counted as an "employee" of that company, they have to pay you under
W-2 other then 1099, otherwise they (the employer) are in touble. IRS has a
set of tests, for example, do you work on your employer's schedule or your own
schedule, work on site or off-site. If you are required to work 8 hours a day
onsite, you are an employee and you should ask for W-2. Even if you don't work
